Mr. TAN AI CHEW is currently a lecturer cum chief administrator of a private higher learning institution offering professional courses in Accountancy, business administration and computer studies. He has more than 20 years of experience in accountancy subjects, preparing students for professional examinations such as The Chartered Institute Of Management Accounts (CIMA,U.K.), The Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, U.K.), The Institute Of  Chartered Secretaries And Administrators ( ICSA, U.K.). Under his guidance, many students had successfully completed their courses and become professional accountants and qualified company secretaries  and  administrators.

         

Mr. Tan acquired extensive  experience as:

  Senior Audit Officer in an established  audit firm.

  Accounts Manager in a construction Company.

  Partners  in  an  accounting  and Consultancy firm

·         Managing Director of a private college

·         Financial Controller in an international logging company operating in Gabon, Africa and The Solomon Islands, South Pacific

         

His practical experience includes:

  Audit of different types of companies including factories, banks, plantations.

  Preparation of working papers for Loan  application.

 Introduction and  implementation of accounting system for new companies.

  Preparation of budgets and monitoring  of  budgetary  control.

KENNETH F.C. TAM has 23 years of industrial experience in Finance , Accounting, Administration. He has held various Managerial Positions in PETRONAS and has undertaken various assignments within the Group in the area of Strategic Planning and Corporate Budgeting , Financial Reporting, Project and Property Development as well as other finance related matter .

 

He is actively involved in seminar and workshop organised by Australia Society of Certified Public accountant. He has also presented numerous papers and conducted training in Accounting and Corporate Finance related topics throughout Malaysian and Singapore.

 

In addition, he has been lecturing extensively in various colleges for the past 18 years specializing in Strategic Finance Management, Performance Measurement, Financial Reporting for various Professional Examination, namely ACCA, MICPA and ICSA.

At present , Kenneth is also a independent non-executive director for two companies to be listed in Bursa Malaysia.

 

Mr. Tam is a fellow member of the Chartered Association Of Certified
Accountant (FCCA ), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountant (ACMA)and a Chartered Accountant of

The Malaysian Institute of Accountant (CA).
