En. Mohamad A’Azizan Bin Mustafa is a
qualified and certified trainer by NIOSH with nearly 20
years of industrial experience in the fields of Occupational Safety &
Health, Environmental, Engineering and Operation from steel, textile, rubber
and semiconductor industries including wafer manufacturing.
By profession he is a graduate in mechanical engineering and
finally further to a Master Degree in Occupational Safety and Health
Management. He is also a registered
Safety & Health Officer with DOSH.
As
for occupational safety & health and environment, he has led and assisted a
few organizations in the establishment of Occupational Safety & Health
management system and also the Environmental management system. He is a certified lead auditor and has
conducted audits for organizations’ improvement. He has vast experience in
conducting and facilitating training for
public courses and in house training to name a few: O.Y.L.
Manufacturing, Maica Laminates, SMK Electronics, Universiti Kuala Lumpur,
Jebsen & Jessen Packaging, Balfour Beatty Ansaldo Systems JV., Sam
Engineering Bhd, Setiakawan Kilang Kelapa Sawit, RP Chemicals (formerly BP
Chemicals) , Toyochem and many more.
Currently,
he is a Safety & Health and Environmental Manager of a Multi Nasional
Company. He is also a NIOSH trainer for Safety & Health Officer programs
and has been invited by Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) to conduct lectures
for students and lecturers related to Safety & Health programs,
Enviromental Control Equipment / Device to share practical knowledge and
hand-on experience.
His area of expertise includes Occupational Safety & Health
Management, Environmental Management, Crisis Management and Recovery, Emergency
Response Plan and Preparedness, Safety in Building and Engineering Works,
Safety in handling of Hazardous Material, Hazards Identification, Risk
Assessment and Risk Control, Safety in handling of Machine, Pressurized
Equipment and other work that related to Occupational Safety & Health and
Environmental. He is also well-verse in the Occupational Safety & Health
and Environmental act and regulation that binding the industry such as
Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994, Factory and Machinery Act (FMA)
1967 and Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974.
