Mr. Mokhtar Said, Master in Business Administration, Bachelor Degree of Science (Hons.) in Human Resource Management majoring in Training & Development. He also holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, awarded by Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) as a qualified Trainer, a qualified Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Trainer by SIRIM.

 

 

Mr. Mokhtar has 20 years of corporate experience in the areas  of Training and Development, Human Resource and in technical field mainly in Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM). His corporate experience has exposed him to the Manufacturing and Semiconductors Industries moving from ranks of Equipment Maintenance, Product & Process Engineer, Total Quality Management (TQM) & Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to Training & Development Manager.

 

Mr. Mokhtar has more than 10 years of experience in conducting courses either   public training or in-house training for government  and private sectors, to name a few : DELL Asia Pacific, Carsem Semiconductors , AIC Semiconductor, Dynacraft Industries, Harvic, Pan Pacific Hotel KLIA, Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN), Cement Industries, OMRON , Tenaga Nasional Bhd and many more. His expertise are in teambuilding, supervisory skills , leadership skills, managing people, train the trainer, clerical development , time management , communication skills, Total Productive Maintenance, Total Quality Management, why- why analysis  , amongst others.

 

He is a People Development trainer and consultant. He has made training and  learning interesting through sharing of real life experience. His participants from all levels have found his training lively, highly effective and practical that can be applied at work place.
